Introduction
  • LOKAL is a network of budget hotels that provides quality Rooms across Pakistan. We ensure a great end to end customer experience by partnering with trusted hotels across Pakistan to deliver a standardized & secure experience every time.

  • LOKAL Rooms are available in all the major cities including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad; however, we will be launching in other cities soon

  • LOKAL has its headquarter in Karachi, with regional presence across Pakistan

  • We have a range of Executive Rooms available in twin and double-bed configuration. You can choose a room suiting your needs, starting from as low as 5,000 PKR* per night

  • Currently, this is not included in the set of services provided by us. We would officially announce this whenever we launch something for those with disabilities. Unfortunately we don't have any properties which offer customized services for those with disabilities. We are working hard to add such properties to our panel. However, in Karachi we have ground floor Rooms which are accessible through ramp

Check in/ Check out
  • -Our standard check-in/ check-out time is 3pm/12pm respectively. Thanks to our loyal guests like yourself, most of the Rooms at our properties are sold out throughout the year. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to, we are not in a position to guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out.

    -We will, however, certainly try to offer you an early check-in (free of charge) from 1 pm to 2 pm as long as we do not have other guests already staying in the booked room, or a late check out up to 1 pm (free of charge) given that we do not have other guests arriving immediately after. To request early check in or late check out, please call us on the LOKAL call center or through the chat section on lokal.pk

  • Directions and contact details of your upcoming booking can be found in the booking confirmation E-mail that you received on the provided E-mail address.

    Alternatively, directions can be found on the booking information page of our website.

  • Booking confirmation E-mail/ (with Booking ID) and a valid CNIC/passport is required for all the guests

  • Presence of the primary guest with valid booking details and valid ID cards/passport for all guests is mandatory at the time of check-in

  • Room changes are dependent on availability. However, if there is a fault in your room, LOKAL takes responsibility to satisfy your needs right away

  • Up to 2 Adults + One 12 year Child are allowed in all LOKAL Rooms. For guests more than 2 adults,
    you will have to book another room

  • Breakfast is complementary at LOKAL Rooms , however the spread varies from property to property. Reach out to us at +92311-1156525 or connect us via WhatsApp, web chat, Facebook or Instagram to get details

  • This type of request depends on the hotel policy

  • We would love to host you but in case your plan changes, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds (refunds only apply on specific properties as per the policies defined for individual properties). Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and you can check-in any time after that till your reservation is valid

  • For payments made through LOKAL website or at the hotel, you will receive the invoice via email after the check-out. You can also access your invoice through your customer profile by logging on o lokal.pk and accessing your bookings via our travel dashboard

  • Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email  from LOKAL. You can also access your customer profile through lokal.pk to get access of all the information regarding your bookings

  • Refund, if applicable will be auto reversed within 7-10 business days from the date of refund requested. In case your request has exceeded 7-10 business days, please report this through the chat section on our website or you may  call LOKAL helpline  +92311-1156525

  • To offer hassle free payments and convenience to guests, card details entered while at the time of booking will be charged automatically for a non-refundable booking. We do not charge a card without prior consent. In case you have opted to pay online at the time of booking, your card will be charged. 
    As per our policy, you will be charged 100% of the booking amount on showing up; 
    If booking is cancelled before 48 hours of due check-in time, the charged amount will be refunded completely, 
    However, 10% and 20% deductions would be made if you choose to cancel between 24 to 48 hours and less than 24 hours respectively.

  • Refund amount, if applicable will be auto reversed within 7-10 business days from the date of refund requested

  • In case of change in plan, we request guests to have the booking cancelled in advance. Please refer to the support section 'How do I cancel my booking?'
